Members of the Olympic Movement has been the focus of bribery and corruption allegations on numerous occasions, but it was the scandal surrounding the Salt Lake City 2002 bidding process that really shook up the IOC. Within the book, we consider what has changed since then and the reforms process that led to massive changes in what goes on within the Olympic movement. Concerns arose again amidst the FIFA corruption claims in 2011, as many high ranking FIFA officials are also IOC members. here’s some footage from CBC at the time of the Salt Lake scandal.
